For health and hygiene reasons, certain sports gear (such as mouthguards or undergarments) cannot be returned or refunded once the seal is broken. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We take great care in packaging, but if you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered:
