Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Sports Ghar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with a hassle-free return or exchange process.

1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.

  • Items that are damaged, washed, or altered by the customer will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as personal protective gear (e.g., mouthguards) or customized products cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate your return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@sportsghar.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and send you the return instructions and the return address.

  3. Shipping: Please ensure the item is securely packaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Since we offer Free Shipping on all orders, you will receive a full refund of the product price. However, the cost of shipping the return back to us is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you require a different size. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@sportsghar.com and we will check the stock availability for you.

7. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
